It’s been a busy few months at Tommy’s War and the international lock-downs have meant a cancellation of model shows, I have seen an increase in online orders.

Higher than anticipated sales mean a number of items have been out of stock, which is always frustrating, but I’ve been working with my caster to get things back on-track.

I’ve got a number of stock updates coming, plus some new releases, so here’s a the latest information of what’s coming!

Stock update Friday 4th September

First up will be new stock of some existing products, coming back to stock will be;

• TW32C01 – Trooper, 9th Lancers, Elouges
• TW32C03 – Trooper, Australian Light Horse, Beersheba
• TW32C04 – Trooper, 17th Lancers, Amiens

It’s fair to say the cavalry figures have been by far the most popular part of the range in 2020. In particular TW32C04 has been in stock twice and sold out almost immediately. Along with some new casts of TW32C02 I believe this is the first time all four figures have been available at the same time.

A quick warning though, although there will be 40 of each figure listed on the website on that Friday, I expect these to sell very quickly.

There are a number of figures also to come back into stock;

• TW32014 – Sergeant, Royal Welsh Regiment
• TW32030 – Sergeant, Machine Gun Corps (Motors)
• TW32CP01 – Private, Turkish Infantry
• TW32S02 – Christmas Truce
• TW32S04 – Walking Wounded

There will also be additional stock of products not in stock, to increase levels generally.

October – date to be confirmed

October is new release time and I’m pleased to confirm three new releases;

• TW32051 – Sergeant, 4th Bn Kings Own Yorkshire LI,
• TW32052 – Private, 4th Bn Leicestershire Reg
• TW32AL06 – Sergeant, 167th US Infantry

The exact date is still to be confirmed, but look out of an update of when you can expect to see details.

November stock update

While stock of most of the figures and the cavalry will be back there remain some items still out of stock. We’re going to be casting these in September and October for November release:

• TW32ART1, 2 and 3 – artillery
• TW32S01 – The Affair at Nery box set
• TW32MOT1 – Clyno Vickers motorcycle
• Any remaining figures out of stock
• Bases

I am aware that many people are waiting for bases, and I can assure you I’m doing my best to get them into stock.

November new releases

November sees the return of the Tommys War Collectors Club, which comes back for 2021. In November I’ll be revealing the Collectors Club Special for the year plus a special 10 year Anniversary release.
